CBC Planners are recommending that permission be granted for demolition of one property, and the building of 3 bungalows on the site.
It will be considered at at meeting on 21 june. Application number 8/07/0306.


St Marks School
9 January 2007
Highcliffe St Marks Primary School applied for planning permission.
They intend to sell off some school ground (near the old school gates) for the building of a dwelling and associated garage and gardens. The application number is 8/06/0774.

Another planning application you might want to know about is for the Q8 petrol station (and Walkford Garage) in Walkford to be demolished. In it's place it is proposed to build a distictive three storey block of flats and offices. Application number is 8/06/0786 for this one.

Revised plans have been considered by the CBC Planning Control Committee, and permission has again been refused.
It is likely that the developers will appeal against the decision, but no details are available at this time.
